A Dream from Dr. Phil Spears
A Prophetic Reflection

"And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy..."— Acts 2:17
I. The Dream That Opened the Heavens
In the stillness of a night not marked by time, Dr. Phil Spears was caught up in a dream — not born of restless sleep, but breathed by the Wind that speaks from eternity. A fire not kindled by man’s hand lit the sky. And in this dream, he beheld the Handmaids.
Clothed in garments not of submission, but of splendor — woven in gold and scarlet and the tears of generations — these women stood on a plain between the old world and the new. Not victims, but vessels. Not oppressed, but anointed.
They were not many. Yet neither were they few. A remnant. A rising. A revelation.
II. The Voice of the Spirit
Then the Voice thundered, not with wrath, but with weeping fire:
“Who will carry the Word when the altars lie broken?Who will bear My name when kings and priests fall silent?”
And the Handmaids stepped forth. With oil in their lamps and truth in their mouths, they spoke what others feared. They moved where others trembled. They bled with compassion and warred without sword.
Each handmaid bore a scroll, sealed with seven seals. Each scroll carried the name of a nation, a city, a soul. These were not silent servants — they were prophets in hidden places, midwives of a new era, keepers of forgotten fires.
III. The Unfolding Mystery
The dream turned, as dreams often do, and revealed a world in travail. Systems groaned. Thrones crumbled. The proud were brought low and the meek exalted.
And in the chaos, the handmaids danced.
Not with joy, but with authority.
They sang the old songs — songs of Miriam, Deborah, and Mary. Songs of deliverance and revolution. Their voices, once dismissed, became the thunder that cracked the dome of the religious and political heavens.
Dr. Spears awoke, but the dream did not die.
For dreams like these are not dreams at all — they are revelations wrapped in sleep, visions seeded in the spirit, the blueprint of what is to come.
IV. The Call
To the handmaids reading this: You were never forgotten. You were never just a footnote in a man’s vision. You are the burning ones. You are the wild olive branches. You are the wombs through which the Word becomes flesh again.
Rise. Speak. Build. Birth.
What Dr. Spears dreamed, Heaven decreed. What Heaven decreed, Earth must now receive.
The handmaids are dreaming too — and when they wake, the world will tremble.
Have you seen them? Have you heard their voice in the shadows? The dream is real. The time is now.
