A Prophetic Release By Dr. Phil Spears

I saw in the Spirit a great and holy elevation — a mountain not formed by the hands of men, but established by the decree of God. It was Mount Zion. It was alive. It was radiant. It was clothed in light.

And upon that mountain I saw saviours standing.

They were not angels. They were not glorified beings. They were men and women clothed in humility, yet crowned with authority. They stood with faces lifted toward heaven and feet planted firmly in the purposes of God. They were the redeemed who had been refined. They were the remnant who had endured.

And the Lord said to me,“These are they who have come through the fire and were not burned. These are they who did not bow to the systems of Babylon, nor drink from the cup of compromise. These are they who have kept their garments white and their lamps full.”

I watched as the wind of the Spirit began to blow across Mount Zion — not a destructive wind, but a birthing wind. It carried the sound of heaven. It carried the weight of eternity. And as it passed over the saviours, they began to shine.

Each one carried a mantle:Some carried the mantle of healing.Some carried the mantle of justice.Some carried the mantle of restoration.Some carried the mantle of truth.

And the Lord said,“I am releasing My people not only to be saved — but to be saviours. Not in their own strength, but in My authority.”

Then I saw valleys below the mountain — broken cities, wounded families, confused generations, and weary churches. And the saviours began to descend, not in pride, but in love. Not with condemnation, but with light. Not to rule over, but to lift up.

And I heard the Spirit say:

“This is the hour when Zion will no longer be a message — it will be a movement.This is the hour when remnant will no longer be hidden — they will be revealed.This is the hour when those who have wept in secret will now rejoice in public.”

The Lord says to you who are reading this:

You are not late.You are not overlooked.You are not disqualified.

You have been preserved for this moment.

You have been prepared on the backside of the mountain so that you could now stand upon it.

Lift your eyes.

Take your place.

The kingdom is advancing — not by force, not by fear, not by flesh — but by those who stand in Zion and walk in love.

And the kingdom shall be the Lord’s.
